The United States & Colombia
As the US is about to be driven out of Ecuador and Bolivia, it is continuing to expand its' presence in Columiba:
The role of Uribe being discussed is shocking to say the least: Really Long Link Now, the United States is hitching its star on the same guy. As I read this, it reminded me of Noreiga of Panama. Although the need to fight the drug cartels is important. shedding the imperalist image of the US should also be a top priority. Such moves plays right into the hands of provocateurs like Chavez who is already on another rampage about his fears of an invasion by the U.S. I don't know how the U.S. is going to pull it off. It does make good theatre, though.
