SP Newsflash (3/2/2010): Venezuela's Latest Folly

Venezuela is in the news again. Spain has just finished an investigation linking ETA, the Basque Terrorist Group with FARC guerillas in Colombia. This is a development that I would be watching closely in light of Chavez being increasingly in trouble at home over his erratic policies. Will such developments be such to actually sweep him out of power is another matter.
