SP Newsflash (1/5/2010): The World's Tallest Building Is Now Open!!!
Well, Dubai threw a party!!! The world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, is now officially open.
Although Dubai's predicament continues to be a problem (and I initially wrote about it in SP's sister site, Outsider Views), I believe that Dubai will be back stronger than ever. I think that the long-term payback will be well within reach. It will take a while. But, it will be back--stronger than ever. I nearly fell off my chair when I read that 90% of the building was already sold. Wow!!!
