What do Britney Spears and Barack Obama Have in common? Ask the McCain camp. They have recently run an ad comparing Senator Obama’s celebrity to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. Really guys? Come on. Surely they are able to do better than that. Frankly, I wouldn’t even compare Britney Spears to Paris Hilton but that’s another story. I sense a bit of haterism here. It seems as if John McCain wants the American public to believe that it is negative for us to actually admire the person whom we may vote into the Presidency. He wants us to believe that anyone who is respected around the world can’t be someone we want to President. So they decide to compare a Harvard educated man to a peculiar pop princess and a dim-witted millionaire heiress.
