The Government of Uruguay deployed 360,000 laptops for all K-12 Students on October 19, 2009. This picture says it all:
The Government is to be congratulated for having realized what the future is. Although there have been many people who have criticized the One Laptop Per Child initiative, the fact remains is that this initiative has given kids an opportunity to see what the future holds. They are holding the future. Will the United States follow suit?
