2009: What A Year

2009 has been quite a year. I have been quite amazed as to how things have been as tough as they have been. A year ago this month, I was not sure if we were going to be surviving financially. I still have my doubts. This was also the year that saw wars continue to consume the American Pscyhe. I have railed against those wars here and in SP's sister sites, Outsider Views & Kitten Politics. This was also a year that saw me struggling with more than a few challenges as I worked to transform and transcend to be beyond the "ordinary" in my writing--although I am very much an ordinary guy who wanted to develop the vision that went directly to the heart of the normal guy on the street who struggles to work, pay his mortgage, take care of his wife and kids and not be discouraged as change occurs. That's been the story of 2009 for me as I see 2009 off and be ready for a new year developing all the "outsiders" sites. I am grateful for all the support shown and look forward to the continued support during 2010.
